This Privacy Policy explains how Manifest Labs, LLC (“Manifest Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit manifestlabs.co, go.manifestlabs.co, or any other website we operate (together, the “Site”), or when you request a quote from us.

We are a private label supplement manufacturer based in Miami, Florida. We serve business customers in the United States. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit a quote request or otherwise contact us, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your business email address
  • Your phone number
  • How you would prefer us to follow up, and any details you choose to share about your product, formula, or order

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our advertising provider automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it
  • Browser type, device type, and operating system
  • Pages viewed, time on page, and the link or advertisement that brought you to us
  • Cookie identifiers, including Meta’s _fbp and _fbc cookies

We do not use Google Analytics or any analytics platform other than the Meta tools described below.

2. Advertising and the Meta Pixel

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those advertisements work, we use two tools from Meta Platforms, Inc.:

  • The Meta Pixel — a small piece of code on the Site that records page views and form submissions, and sets the cookies listed above.
  • The Meta Conversions API — a server-side connection that reports the same events to Meta directly from our systems.

When you submit a quote request, we may send Meta a hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your email address and phone number, together with the cookie identifiers above. Meta uses this to tell us how many people who saw an advertisement went on to contact us, and to improve who our advertisements are shown to. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

You can limit this. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Meta provides ad preference controls in your Facebook and Instagram account settings.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your quote request and prepare a quote
  • Contact you by email, telephone, or text message about that request and any resulting order
  • Provide, manufacture, and deliver products and services you order from us
  • Keep records required for our own regulatory, quality, and accounting obligations
  • Measure and improve the performance of our advertising
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with applicable law

4. Text messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your quote request or your order.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the exclusions in Section 5 below apply to mobile information, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your quote or your order — we will simply contact you by email or telephone instead.

5. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising by third parties.

We share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers. Companies that operate our systems on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using your information for their own purposes. These currently include HighLevel, Inc. (LeadConnector), which hosts our quote form, customer records, email, and text messaging.
  • Advertising measurement. Meta Platforms, Inc., as described in Section 2, and only for the hashed and cookie-based data described there.
  • Professional advisers. Our accountants, lawyers, and insurers where they need the information to advise us.
  • Legal reasons. Where we are required to by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfer. If Manifest Labs is merged, acquired, or sells substantially all of its assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you if that happens.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal, tax, and regulatory record-keeping obligations — generally at least seven years for records connected to an order, and up to three years for quote requests that do not result in an order. After that we delete them or render them anonymous.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is wrong
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop contacting you, by any or all channels

Email us at privacy@manifestlabs.co and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Contact us at the same address and we will tell you what applies and honor it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit and access controls limiting who on our team can see customer records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Where we operate

Manifest Labs is located in the United States and sells to customers in the United States. Our systems and the systems of our service providers are operated in the United States. We do not sell or ship internationally.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to websites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their practices. Read their policies before giving them information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If the change is significant, we will make it clear on the Site. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
